You cancel a paid My Most Trusted plan from inside the app, where the built-in support system walks you through it. There is no contract, so you can cancel at any time. Your profile and the people you trust stay yours, so you can come back later without starting again.
If you cancel a paid plan, your My Most Trusted profile and your trusted connections stay yours, and you can carry on free as a Guest or come back later. If you want your information removed completely, ask through the support system in the app, and it is deleted under GDPR.
