The USA-UK Business Bridge is the Atlanta leg of My Most Trusted, hosted by Sreelatha Meleth. A warm introduction is the only way to meet someone here. No bots, no spam, no cold outreach.
across the pond. What Americans and Britons both call the Atlantic, as if three thousand miles of ocean were a small thing to cross.
Americans and Britons have called the Atlantic 'the pond' for well over a century, and the joke holds: with a shared language and five hours on the clock, the ocean is the easy part. The hard part is that a good firm in Atlanta and a good firm in Manchester have no way of hearing about each other, and a cold email from the other side of the pond rarely gets past the first line. An introduction from someone who knows both does.
Every club has an idea like this one, and it belongs to the place rather than to us. It is not a slogan we handed out.
Dr Sreelatha Meleth holds the American end of the Bridge, from the Atlanta area. She founded Freeing Ourselves, and works as a transformational coach, certified EFT practitioner and business coach. In her own words, she helps BIPOC and immigrant women entrepreneurs clear money and success blocks, attract aligned clients and build profitable, ethical businesses, and guides part-time entrepreneurs to go full-time. She brings a background as a public health researcher, is the author of More than Peace, Power & Presence through Meditation, and speaks English, Hindi and Malayalam.
Sreelatha Meleth is a real person in Atlanta, not a logo. That is the point. Somebody has to know both people for an introduction to be worth anything.
